ST Series Rigid Stranding Machine

The ST Series rigid stranding machine adopts a working without back twist design, engineered for stranding copper and aluminum conductors (both round and sector-shaped), as well as steel wire armouring (SWA) of insulated cables.

A Power Safety Architecture

The system integrates a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) with an Energy Recycling System.In the event of unexpected power loss, the rotational inertia of the stranding cage is converted into DC power to supply the entire line, enabling synchronized deceleration and stopping, and preventing low-inertia machines from stopping prematurely and causing desynchronization.
